Backing
KitAid
9th November, 2008
Thanks to all the keepers who brought kit to the recent
coaching session at Ingleborough to donate to the KitAid
appeal. I will be doing more collections at
forthcoming courses. KitAid is a charity that
sends unwanted football kits to children and adults
across Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. I am happy
to be backing the appeal and I am grateful to all those
who have donated so far.
For more information, see the KitAid website at http://www.3valleys.co.uk/community/oc_kitaid.shtml# and see some photos from the launch in my gallery on this website.

Masters
Grand Final
8th September, 2008
The Tranmere team got to the semi-final of the Masters
Grand Final in Birmingham on Sunday, narrowly losing to
Manchester City with a late goal. We had beaten
Glasgow Rangers in a penalty shoot-out in the quarter
finals and I think we probably deserved to beat City.
Wolves were the eventual winners. There are now
photos in my gallery.

Round-up of latest news
28th April, 2008
Tranmere ladies goalkeeper Rosie is going to be leaving
the club to play in the USA were she has got herself a
scholarship college soccer team. I wish her all
the best.
The new
range of gloves will be on sale in the next four weeks.
We have made improvements on the finger save gloves so
they are stronger and we've also made a new glove, the
aqua glove with aqua latex high quality grip.
Also, we all want to wish Danny Moran, one of our youth
players who was involved in a car crash, a good recovery
and have our fingers crossed for him and his family.
Unfortunately Tranmere have missed out on the play-offs
for the second year running. We didn’t manage to
keep the form going to maintain a place in the top six
to give ourselves that chance for promotion to the
Championship.
The new web is now live and we want to thank Richard for
his great work and outlay from the web site also thanks
Carl for his time and work on the old web site.
We are going to try to update the site at least once a
week now on with the latest news. If anyone has
any suggestions of what else they'd like to see on here
or any questions, they can
contact me throughthe web site.
