This website is designed to give goalkeepers and fans information about John's career in both playing and coaching.

John had a successful playing career as a professional goalkeeper, playing more than 400 matches in a career spanning 16 years. After enjoying his testimonial season at English club Tranmere Rovers in 2008/2009, he retired from playing and made the switch to European giants Liverpool as a goalkeeping coach.

Contractual obligations at Liverpool meant he was unable to continue his goalkeeping academy, but John remains passionate about the development of young goalkeepers.
